1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

  • To be eligible, products must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

    • Free from damage caused by misuse

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and cosmetic products

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

  • Gift cards or digital downloads


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Droplyft error (wrong product or defective item).


4. Exchanges

  • Droplyft does not offer direct exchanges.

  • Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a Droplyft error.

  • Droplyft is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
